Eventually, sixty-four potential hub genes were screened out according to the maximal clique centrality (MCC) method (Supplementary Table S2), and we selected nine genes that are rarely reported in prostate cancer (NCAPG2, MCM4, KIF18B, CENPM, KNTC1, CENPI, GTSE1, ERCC6L, and FAM64A) for further validation. Here, CENPI is linked to prostate cancer.
