The results of wound healing, Transwell, and Western blotting experiments showed that after the intervention of the GLP-1 receptor agonist liraglutide, the migration (0.29 ± 0.03) and invasion ability (157.11 ± 9.66) of CRC cells weakened, the expression of MMP-11 protein was decreased, and the differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05), as shown in Figures 3A,B,C. Here, MMP11 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
