The results of plate cloning and Western blotting experiments showed that after the intervention of the GLP-1 receptor agonist liraglutide, the proliferation ability of CRC cells weakened (13.19 ± 8.85), the expression of cyclin D1 protein decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05), as shown in Figures 2A,B. The gene discussed is CCND1; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
