Subsequent KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that the genes in adenovirus_hepatitis participated mostly in the following pathways: cancer, lipid and atherosclerosis, human T-cell leukemia virus 1 infection, AGE-RAGE signaling in diabetic complications, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and NF-kappa B (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene RENBP and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
