APOA5 and hypertriglyceridemia: In summary, our in vivo and in vitro data established that mRNA levels of apoA5 remained unaffected, short-term use of olanzapine significantly inhibited apoA5 secretion and redirected the trafficking of apoA5 to the surface of cytosolic lipid droplets, and reduced plasma apoA5 levels led to hypertriglyceridemia.
