Validation of the above results using the UALCAN database revealed that upregulation of DCBLD2 was associated with significantly shorter OS of patients with ACC, BLCA, GBM, KICH, LGG, LIHC, LUAD, PAAD and STAD (p < 0.05) (Figure 3C), and significantly shorter DFS in patients with ACC, BLCA, GBM, LUAD and PAAD (p < 0.05) (Figure 3D). This evidence concerns the gene DCBLD2 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
