We found that the CD4+/CD8+ ratio was significantly higher in patients with axillary lymph node metastasis (1.54 ± 0.42) than in patients without axillary lymph node metastasis (1.29 ± 0.43) (Figure 8A, P=0.021). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
