The genetic variants of ERCC4 were reported to be associated with glioma risk before (42), and in our study, we discovered that rs1800067 and rs2276466 could alter the susceptibility of glioma, but with the reason of the replication of studies, protection from bias and/or FPRP > 0.2, the strength of evidence was moderate or weak, following different genetic models. Here, ERCC4 is linked to glioma.
