A recent research studied by Baek, A. et al. (Baek et al., 2021) has shown that 3′-Sialyllactose (3′-SL) could reduce arthritis induced by IL-1β via various pathways, including reducing the level of ROS, inhibiting apoptosis of chondrocytes genetically, promoting chondrocytes synthesizing and secreting matrix components. This evidence concerns the gene IL1B and Arthritis.
