At all the time points analyzed, plasma chemerin levels were higher and significantly different in COVID-19 patients compared to HC (COVID-19 D1: 125.1 ng/mL (118.4-161.1); COVID-19 D5: 130.3 ng/mL (115.7-175.4); COVID-19 D14: 149.4 ng/mL (135.5-186.4) versus HC: 75.9 ng/mL (63.7-94.3), median of all patients (95% CI), p<0.0001). This evidence concerns the gene RARRES2 and COVID-19.
