TLR2 and digestive system neoplasm: Our recent study found that TLR2 and TLR3 deficiency ameliorated and exacerbated alcoholic liver injury, respectively, and importantly, we found that gallocatechin gallate can directly interact with TLR2/3 in KCs to induce the production of IL-10 to regulate the progression of ALD through NF-κB signal, suggesting an innovative strategy for the treatment of ALD (47).
