While in the best-prognosis subtype (marked in green in Figure 3A, Figures 3B, C), 11 out of the top 20 cell types were immune cells, accounting for 32% of immune cells, including CD4+ memory T cells, CD4+ T cells, Natural killer T cell (NKT), gamma delta T cells (Tgd cells), Th1 cells, Th2 cells, aDC, basophils, eosinophils, macrophages, and neutrophils (Figure S1C), consistent with the tumor inhibitory functions of immune cells. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
