PARP14 and breast carcinoma: To assess if these findings are clinically relevant, we analyzed publicly available TCGA datasets of breast invasive carcinoma63 and found that PARP14 expression can stratify the survival of breast cancer patients with BRCA2-mutant tumors: low PARP14 levels are associated with reduced survival (Supplementary Fig. 2h), in line with the idea that PARP14 deficiency promotes chemoresistance in BRCA2-mutant cells.
