Since it is known that at least 95% of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cells are CD19-positive [70, 71] and that protein concentrations typically follow a lognormal distribution [46], we assumed a lognormal distribution and approximated it to match CD19 antigen levels measured on CD19-positive ALL cells [44].
