The results demonstrated that the positive markers of MSCs, including CD29, CD44, CD105 and Sca-1, increased in the uremic group and tumor infiltration group compared to the untreated group (Fig. 8b–e), while the positive markers of HSCs and CD45 decreased in the uremic group and tumor infiltration group compared to the untreated group (Fig. 8f). This evidence concerns the gene ITGB1 and neoplasm.
