On the other hand, PN10 was presenting hyperprolactinemia phenotype, but the highest proportion of cells (>70%) was expressing CGA and NR5A1 indicating gonadotroph PitNET [28], nevertheless, PN10 was also expressing POU1F1 cell lineage marker and PRL in up to 30% of cells, probably causing more noticeable hyperprolactinemia induced clinical phenotype. Here, NR5A1 is linked to hyperprolactinemia.
