FOLH1 and neoplasm: Radiochemical purity (> 98%) and specific activity (5 MBq/nmol) of [149Tb]Tb-DOTA-NOC have been achieved, while [149Tb]Tb-PSMA-617 was prepared at > 98% radiochemical purity at 6 MBq/nmol levels, both formulations of which were suitable for preclinical studies on AR42J tumour-bearing mice (Müller et al. 2016) and PSMA-positive PC-3 PIP tumour-bearing mice (Umbricht et al. 2019), respectively.
