IDH2 and acute myeloid leukemia: Of note, a recent sub-analysis of a single-center retrospective review of 59 patients with IDH1/IDH2 mutated AML who underwent non-myeloablative allo-HCT, found that the 22 patients who received an IDH inhibitor either pre- and/or post-transplant had significantly higher overall survival and trend towards improved relapse free survival (not statistically significant) (16).
