Three potential transcriptional regulators were identified (TEAD1, TEAD2, and ZNF384) and as shown in Figures 3(a) and 3(b), the expression of circMAT2B was significantly decreased upon si-TEAD1 infection in Cal-27 and HSC-6 cells indicating that TEAD1 might regulate circMAT2B expression.
