The following genes were considered the possible targets of laminarin against cervical carcinoma and COVID-19 via autophagy: CASP8, CFTR, DNMT1, HPSE, KCNH2, PIK3CA, PIK3R1, SERPINE1, TLR4, and VEGFA. Bioinformatic analysis, including network pharmacology, GO enrichment analysis, and molecular docking, was further used to characterize the biological functions and the underlying mechanisms controlled by these genes. Here, SERPINE1 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
