Notably, we found via GSEA that the enriched hallmarks consisted of genes such as HRAS, DFFA, CTTN, YKT6, PPIF, ACTN1, EPB41L2, HMOX, and ASNS are responsible for liver pathology phenotypes, namely as cirrhosis, steatosis, oncogenesis, and tumor invasion (Table 3). The gene discussed is HRAS; the disease is steatosis.
