Notably, we found via GSEA that the enriched hallmarks consisted of genes such as HRAS, DFFA, CTTN, YKT6, PPIF, ACTN1, EPB41L2, HMOX, and ASNS are responsible for liver pathology phenotypes, namely as cirrhosis, steatosis, oncogenesis, and tumor invasion (Table 3). Here, CTTN is linked to steatosis.
