Yao and et al. have confirmed that the genes encoding interleukins (IL-1β,IL-1α, and IL-10 and IL-6), chemokines and interferons (IFN-β1, IFN-α2, and IFN2),and chemokine CCL10 increased considerably in COVID-19 patients, which was consistent with the extensive infiltration of the T-cells, monocytes, and natural killer cells in a SARS-CoV-2-treated group at 24 h [74]. This evidence concerns the gene IL1B and COVID-19.
