With this background we conducted a study to elucidate the intake of dietary phosphorus and PPR and the association of the two with markers of renal function in CKD patients and analyze effect of dietary intervention on the levels of FGF-23, sKlotho, serum phosphorous, and biochemical parameters of CKD patients at 6 and 12 months after initiating intervention.
