Surprisingly, after the third dose, we observed that the uninfected SOTRs had a significant IgA positive serology (p = 0.0054) with a median ratio of 5.4 (IQR, 0.46–7.0; SEM = 0.7), while SOTRs who contracted the infection had a negative IgA serology with a median ratio of 0.56 (IQR, 0.09–1; SEM = 0.4) (Figure 3b).
