In ovarian cancer, ketamine modulates the P300-mediated H3K27 acetylation activation in the promoter of lncRNA PVT1 that binds histone methyltransferase enhancer of zeste homolog 2 [EZH2], and regulates the expression of target genes, including p57, consequently regulating ovarian cancer cell growth, cell cycle control, apoptosis and colony forming [70]. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and ovarian cancer.
