In the histograms to the right, it can be seen that the average percentage of Hsp10 immunopositivity was highest in normal SMG and PG (Figure 1a) with less intensity in sialadenitis (Figure 1a); in the benign tumors WT (Figure 1c) and WT (Figure 1e); and in the malignant tumors EX-PA (Figure 1g), MUC (Figure 1i), and ACC (Figure 1k). Here, HSPE1 is linked to cancer.
