HLA-DRB1 and rheumatoid arthritis: By using binding prediction algorithms and molecular docking analyses we have demonstrated that bacterial peptide L-ASNase67-81 binds to the HLA-DRB1*04:01 molecule much better than the CII259-273 peptides (non-modified and galactosylated at position 264) representing the immunodominant T-cell epitope in RA.
