The higher measured frequency of occurrence thrombogenicity in the triple-positive APS group (cut-off was reached in 50.0% of patients) is consistent with the clinically increased incidence of thromboses in triple-positive patients when all three aPL (LA, aCL, and anti-β2GPI) are present simultaneously [10,12], but not statistically significant. This evidence concerns the gene ACLY and autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
