LAMB2 and central nervous system cancer: The GO, KEGG, and reactome enrichment analyses revealed that these genes were mainly involved in melanogenesis, citrate cycle (TCA cycle), other types of O-glycan biosynthesis, glioma, primary bile acid biosynthesis, selenocompound metabolism, aldosterone synthesis and secretion, ECM-receptor interaction, and the Wnt signaling pathway (Figure 6d), as well as the terms laminin complex, ligase activity, protein disulfide oxidoreductase activity, S-adenosyl-L-methionine transmembrane transporter activity, and IMP dehydrogenase activity (Figure 6e).
