Notably, the levels of CD8+ T cells, CD4 memory T cells and Follicular helper T cells, and activated dendritic cells were markedly different in each subtype (ANOVA, p < 0.001, respectively) (Figure 2B), suggesting that m6A expression levels may contribute to the immune cell (T cell) infiltration in PCa.
