The findings from our study [75] and those of Bettuzzi et al. [67,68] suggest that a daily intake of the standardized GTC formulation administered non-fasting for 12 months in divided doses: (a) accumulates in plasma; (b) reduces serum PSA; and (c) reduces the cumulative rate of progression to PCa with no toxicities [67,68,75]. The gene discussed is KLK3; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
