In addition, in neuroblastoma, breast carcinoma, acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL), peripheral T-cell lymphoma NME1 was detected in patients’ serum samples and its level showed a positive correlation with tumour progression [17,24,25,26,27]; thus, high serum NME1 level was associated with bad prognosis. Here, NME1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
