BRCA1 and Familial prostate cancer: The GALAHAD trial enrolled 165 metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer patients with germline pathogenic or somatic biallelic pathogenic alterations in BRCA1 or BRCA2 (BRCA cohort), or in other prespecified DDR genes (non-BRCA cohort), who were treated with niraparib 300 mg twice daily.
