To evaluate the association of CKS2 with MKI67 and PCNA, the expression profiles of CKS2, MKI67, and PCNA mRNA (FPKM) in stages I–III invasive non-mucinous lung adenocarcinoma (211 cases) were acquired from TCGA and converted into log2-transformed TPM data. This evidence concerns the gene PCNA and lung colloid adenocarcinoma.
