These investigators determined that using cut-points for testosterone > 33 ng/dL (1.15 nmol/L), androstenedione > 11.45 ng/mL (40 nmol/L), and LH/FSH ratio > 1.23 showed sensitivity of 63.2–78.2% and specificity of 84.4–93.7% in PCOS diagnosis in their sample.
