CEACAM5 and bladder urachal adenocarcinoma: The largest cohort registered was by Siefker-Radtke; they found elevated (>3 ng/mL) CEA serum levels in 59% of patients with urachal adenocarcinomas (median: 36 ng/mL), which also decreased in response to chemotherapy, suggesting the potential utility of CEA testing in follow-up surveillance of the patients [29,36].
