MYD88 and liver cancer: Additionally, curcumin suppressed the inflammatory response by inhibiting the toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) signaling pathway, decreasing the expression of TLR4, myeloid differentiation primary response 88 (MyD88), NF-κB, TNF-α, interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in liver cancer.
