CDK2 and cancer: In addition, our Western blotting analysis showed that ZHPV16E7384 treatment did not inhibit the expression of three other cell cycle related proteins: CD147-4, CDK1, and CDK2 [37,38], implying that ZHPV16E7384 specifically inhibited the expression of the cell cycle proteins cyclin D1 and CDK4 in the target cancer cells.
