Fortunately, in a typical mouse model of premature ovarian failure (POF) induced by a high-fat, high-sugar (HFHS) diet, thymopentin promotes the transcriptional activation of Lin28A by stimulating the expression of transcription factor YY2, inhibiting the activity of let-7 family miRNAs and alleviating the senescence of ovarian granulosa cells, ultimately achieving the therapeutic effect on POF in mice [124].
