In the ASCL2 high expression group, the number of CNTNAP3, CLIP1, C9orf84, ARIH2, and IL1R2 mutations is significantly increased, conformably the same with the results in Fig. 8B. This may be related to CNTNAP3, CLIP1, C9orf84, ARIH2, and IL1R2 mutations and involved in stomach carcinoma prognosis. The gene discussed is SHOC1; the disease is gastric carcinoma.
