In the ASCL2 high expression group, the number of CNTNAP3, CLIP1, C9orf84, ARIH2, and IL1R2 mutations is significantly increased, conformably the same with the results in Fig. 8B. This may be related to CNTNAP3, CLIP1, C9orf84, ARIH2, and IL1R2 mutations and involved in stomach carcinoma prognosis. Here, ASCL2 is linked to gastric carcinoma.
