CD93 and central nervous system cancer: Regarding the heterogeneity of glioma, we also analyzed the anatomic structures RNA-Seq data of 122 RNA samples in Ivy Glioblastoma Atlas Project (IVY GAP (http://glioblastoma.alleninstitute.org/)) (Puchalski et al. 2018), and we found that CD93 was significantly upregulated in glioma core area compared with peripheral area (Fig. S3).
