Monoclonal antibodies (mAb) targeting CD93 ectodomain have been demonstrated to restrain new vessel formation both in vitro and in vivo by inhibiting the proliferation, migration, sprouting and generation of tubular structure for tumor ECs (Orlandini et al. 2014), while have no exact side effects for vessels of normal tissues (Sun et al. 2021b).
