Predictors of improved PFS on univariate analysis were dose reduction (HR 0.49, 95% CI 0.33–0.73, p < 0.01), withholding treatment (HR 0.56, 95% CI 0.34–0.94, p = 0.02), older age (HR 0.98, 95% CI 0.96–0.99, p = 0.02), increased baseline albumin level (HR 0.95, 95% CI 0.92–0.98, p < 0.01), and AEs of either diarrhoea (HR 0.60, 95% 0.40–0.91, p = 0.01) or hypertension (HR 0.83, 95% 0.70–0.99, p = 0.04).
