Three biomarkers of hyper immunoglobulin E syndromes (HIES), namely, activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), dedicator of cytokinesis 8 (DOCK8), and phosphoglucomutase 3 (PGM3) genes were simultaneously detected on carbon electrodes modified with AuNPs by SWV voltammetry with limits of detections of 3.1, 2.2, and 3.5 pg/mL, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and hyper-IgE syndrome.
