The findings, when combined with data analysis using RT-qPCR and western blot, revealed that miR-9 may target CDH1 in the mouse model, hence inducing EMT and enhancing human SS carcinogenesis in mice through activating the mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-reduced kinase (MAPK/ERK) and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways (Xu et al., 2019). This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and synovial sarcoma.
