We have previously concluded that PDIA5 could predict patients’ response to immunotherapies in gliomas as high PDIA5 displayed high anti-tumor immune activity (19), and the present study further revealed that PDIA5 exhibited predictive value in the immunotherapy response of both murine and human cancer cohorts, which may be related to its extensive effects on the TME. The gene discussed is PDIA5; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
