PDIA5 was notably related to immune checkpoint genes in multiple cancer types, such as GBM, kidney chromophobe (KICH), KIRP, LGG, pheochromocytoma, paraganglioma (PCPG), PRAD, and THYM (Figure 1G), indicating the potentiality of PDIA5 to regulate tumor immunity in these cancers.
