To further strengthen the pathogenicity of the DNAH11 variants, case 69, a 12-year-old younger sister of case 59, who presented with clinical symptoms of sinusitis, mild bronchiectasis, suspected diffuse pan bronchiolitis, suggestive of mucus impaction, and endobronchial spread of infection, was recruited during phase 2 of our study. This evidence concerns the gene DNAH11 and polyarteritis nodosa.
