Specifically, we identified two main populations of IFN–CSCs in MCA205 sarcoma cells: the CD133+CD24+CD44+low (CD44L, ~7 times higher compared with the untreated condition, (CTR)) and the CD133+CD24+CD44+high (CD44H, ~9 times higher compared with the CTR) CSC subsets (Fig. 1a). This evidence concerns the gene IFNA1 and sarcoma.
