Multivariate analysis by Cox regression identified 4 factors significantly associated with an increased risk of death: metastatic disease at diagnosis (hazard ratio (HR) = 15, p<0.0001), TNBC (HR 2.84, p<0.0001), HR+/HER2- status (HR 2.05, p<0.0084) and age >75 years (HR 3.8, p<0.0001).
