Compared with the TCGA database, we found that 15 of these genes also appeared in the 25 most frequently mutated genes from the pan‐lung cancer data, while 10 genes were not among them, which were MYC, NTRK1, NKX2‐1, RICTOR, CDK4, FGFR1, BRAF, CCND1, FGF3, and CDK6, indicating an increased variation frequency of these genes in LM. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and lung carcinoma.
