NPPB and TWIST1-related craniosynostosis: In the univariate analysis, high-level of pBNP, pNT-proBNP, uNT-proBNP/uCr, pNGAL, and pPENK were all risk predictor for CRS-1 onset, while in the multivariate analysis only the high-level of uNT-proBNP/uCr ratio [OR 1.015 (95% CI 1.003–1.028), p = 0.012] and pPENK [OR 1.093 (95% CI 1.022–1.169), p = 0.010] were independently associated with subsequent CRS-1.
