Considering the factor-independent growth of the BCR::ABL1 sublines, we compared the gene expression profile of the BCR::ABL1 sublines and parental cells with that of 59 myeloid leukemia cell lines, including 13 Ph-positive cell lines (https://sites.broadinstitute.org/ccle/) and 10 CML patients’ samples (five chronic phase and five blastic crisis samples [66]), by performing two PCAs. This evidence concerns the gene ABL1 and myeloid leukemia.
